    Good location, clean inside the room and good breakfast.
    The restaurant was only open for breakfast and we were not informed about this beforehand, which was misleading and a bit disappointing.

    I think a no go is not providing a Coffee Maker! Mini Bar empty. After asking at the front desk why its not in the room, bc I was sure I booked a room with these amenities, I was informed that in the category I booked its not included. But I could have a new room for an extra 80$ maybe more. It should be pointed out way better while booking. So be aware. Breakfast is very good but expensive.

    The room was spacious.
    The room was dusty, full of hair and felt unclean. The facilities were completely outdated. Basic amenities such as a kettle are not provided. Bed was not comfortable. The location, whilst close to the Tiergarten, is a long distance from restaurants, shops or public transport options.

    Most enjoyable city break!
    Central location within easy walking distance of many places of interest. Bus stops nearby too. The room was spacious with a superb shower/bathroom. We enjoyed the sauna and a swim too!
    No food available in the evenings but this is a minor grumble as we found some lovely and reasonably priced restaurants nearby.

    Good location and standard of the hotel, warm room.
    Terrible hairdryer - like a toy which overheats every 2 mins. Personnel not able to deliver a normal hairdryer to the room, which is a bit of a problem if you need to leave the hotel with wet hair when its -4 degrees.
