The take away coffee was terrible, tasted like warm milk,the waitress remade,was a bit better but still not great.Lift doors weren't clean,our room had a smell,not necessarily bad,but noticeable.With the price paid for night,I'm sure breakfast and parking could have been included I understand it was New Years Eve,but for $2,000 surely this wasn't a big ask.When we received the invoice we had been charged for mini bar items,which was eventually refunded.

Fabulous location, easy walk to the Rocks & city, and the harbour
We ordered a late night meal, the chips arrived stone cold, the toasted sandwich on top was warm. I had a Caesar salad which was cos lettuce still attached to the stalk, bland crotons, bacon bits, mayonnaise over the top & no anchovies (which way on the menu description), the salad hadnt been tossed because the lettuce was still attached, Id rate the room service food at 3-4

Great Hotel with fantastic staff!
Pier One was located close to so many sites and walking to everything was very easy. Eugene was amazing to work with and so very helpful with all our questions and bookings.
