The room were old and outdated . Had a very unpleasant smell not good value for money

The views was spectacular and staff was nice. But unfortunately it was not a relaxing stay. I paid almost $900 for a nig
The staff was exceptionally friendly right from valet to the desk and the room service lady. I can not fault any one of them at all. The foyer was very nice
It was a bit smelly in the hallways of the level. The rooms had a few pieces of rubbish, Im not sure if it was even vacuumed thoroughly. The sofa bed in the lounge room was super uncomfortable, I dont understand how someone could not have seen it. It was like the head part was bent back and feet pointing up in the air. And we struggled to turn it back to a sofa and found more rubbish under the sofa .. I had to call someone to help put it back into a . The staff helped was very friendly but forgot to bring a roller bed up for us . I didnt bother calling for it as my son said it was ok to sleep on the couch

Excellent stay - Will definitely book again in the future.
Really great location - right next to The Rocks and Circular Quay. Really nice room - spacious, clean and comfortable.
Pool and views from the pool balconies were phenomenal.
We wanted to stay later than the 10am check out time but we werent able to pay for a late check out. Think that was just because of the time of year and number of bookings though.

No service! Wildlife! Very poor quality! You have to prepare everything! What do you need in your apartment The desk will tell you that you can buy yourself!!!! I think they do not know how to win money, even they hit money

view of harbor was exceptional. Well worth everything. Loved overlooking harbor. the view brought tears to my eyes when we walked into the room for the first time.
shocked at breakfast prices. Wished I would have purchased the breakfast price of $40. per person ahead of time

Lovely comfortable and spacious appartment, in a great location, with stunning views!
Stunning views, lovely spacious and comfortable accommodation, excellent location. While a bit pricier than some of the room only hotels nearby, the extra space and the lovely pool and spa area was well worth the extra for our family of four.
