Exceeded expectations

The suite was super-duper, with the best bed I have ever had in a hotel. I mean the BEST. The linen was sumptuous and the room was perfect for me. The turn down room service was a very nice touch and the staff could not have been more helpful or professional.

I was surprised there was no speaker to plug phone into for music or podcasts. On a highly personal note, not for all I know...I would appreciate if hotels didn't assume everyone drank alcohol, and provided real milk in the fridge and a tea pot with loose tea as an option.

Location , facilities and staff.

Room service and pool menu does not meet the standard of a 5 plus star hotel resort. More care around the pool managing with families small children, we watched parents leaving kids to throw drinks and food in pool and spa , staff presence to prevent this would be appreciated so that 5 star experience is maintained.

Would absolutely be my go-to for Sydney short trips

The comfort and quality of sheets and pillows were overwhelmingly good. The decor stylish and layout spot on. Having a Nespresso machine was much needed. Staff were exceptional and pyrmont is a fantastic location

The shower couldve had better fall to drain away from door, the view was not so flash.

Staff were great , its really well appointed and they tended to our every need.

The Ceasar salad poolside is really not at the standard of a five star hotel.
