Very quite room (303). Very clean. Lovely reception staff. And the neighbourhood is just fenomenal. So many quality bars and good few restaurants. Plus the Amedeo Metro station is 13/15 min walk away

Location was very nice, elegant neighborhood. Room was very lovely, well decorated, typical of European hotel size. Bathroom was very comfortable and tasteful. Linen was nice quality. A short walk from the hotel there are many cafes, restaurants, boutiques. Very interesting environment that is not intense or noisy. We felt very safe late at night. Clean neighborhood. Receptionists were very helpful. They can access a private taxi to the train station. Well worth it because the station isn't close and there can be lots of traffic.

Excellent location and facilities but first floor can be noisy at night
The room itself was excellent - spacious, clean and modern with a comfortable bed. The building is very secure and entry is with a keycard only.
The location is brilliant - Chiaia feels very safe but still has lots of "life" with countless shops, restaurants, cafes and bars at your doorstep. A 15 minute walk away from Quartieri Spagnoli.
The only thing to fault is that we could hear loud music all three nights (Fri, Sat and Sun) which must have been coming from a bar next door. We had earplugs and were very tired so it didn't stop us from falling asleep but it wasn't ideal. It might be a first floor issue considering that it sounded like it was coming from downstairs. This is the only reason why I'm not sure if I'd stay there again, and wouldn't recommend it to light sleepers.

A lovely stay in a modern hotel
A lovely hotel in a very nice part of Naples. The hotel was in close proximity to the sea front and had plenty of shops/cafes around to explore. Staff were very friendly and attentive. Umbrellas were provided at the door when the rain appeared!

Great location, only a few minutes walk from the waterfront. We used the shuttle service to the airport and it was great, very reasonable price. Room was clean, and staff all very friendly and helpful

Great place for a single night in Naples. We loved that it was a short walk from an authentic pizzeria so we could try out Neopolitan pizza. The room was wonderful with a fully stocked mini bar, a towel warmer (!!!!!), and a very comfy bed. The staff was super friendly and communicative.
