Guests had a wonderful stay at the Poole Quay Hotel over Christmas and New Year. Despite the aging facilities, the hotel was warm, clean, and comfortable with outstanding views over the sea. The staf (Read More)f were friendly, professional, and provided excellent service. The food was exceptional. Overall, guests highly recommend staying at this hotel and praised the staff for their first-class service.
