Room was next to elevator Sounded like a train going by all night Hotel was not full. But third party bookings get these bad rooms Shower was broken

Glad I chose this hotel for its location , comfort and friendly staff .

I liked that it was located in woods above the city away from traffic. The dinner menu provided an excellent selection of good options. The food itself was exceptional. The wine list was adequate with good options also. The staff in the dining room was friendly , efficient and a joy to be around.

I didn't like their no cancellation or rebooking policy. They were low on replacement linens for the second night.

6th floor room 629 could hear a/c units on the roof bellow rattling all night. Walls were thin.

Hotel prices are ridiculously high for a stay that is less than 24 hours; however the hotel was a nice one.

Very clean, nice room

Price is too high. Need to put a corner step in the shower so women can shave their legs while they shower. The little corner bar was a good attempt but didnt work. Also should include free breakfast.

Everything was great no issues at all.

Breakfast was great. We also had a little get together at the bar area which was fantastic.
