    Fantastic, well located hotel in Lisbon
    Location was outstanding. Right near Placa Figueira with access to all public transport options bus, tram and metro station Rossio. Some of the main attractions are within walking distance. Others all accessed from the square via public transport. The room was comfortable and well appointed. The breakfast was a buffet but you ordered what you wanted from the menu. Came with basket of bread a juice and fresh fruit. The menu provided many hot and cold items some hot items made to order eg omelets. You could select as often as you liked from the menu.

    All of the staff were fantastic, but special thanks to Alexandra, Leonardo, Clia and her male counterpart at the breakfast room. Also the young lady with blond hair who was manning the evening desk. I'm sorry I didn't get her name. The breakfast was great, with a nice array of fruit, cheese, meat and bread brought to your table, with the option of also ordering from an ala carte menu. The location is brilliant, with access to the Metro, trams, buses, and taxis on the Praa de Figueira, just a minute's walk There are many points of interest and restaurants within easy walking distance of the hotel. We had a wonderful stay, and we'll be visiting again.

    Excellent facilities, very friendly staff, well located, comfortable and a great breakfast.
    A stylish hotel with very friendly, welcoming and helpful staff. Situated in an excellent location close to the centre of the City and walking distance to all the main sights. The room was very spacious and comfortable and very clean. The breakfast was fantastic, with a range of tasty dishes and very friendly staff.
    Nothing, it was a lovely experience staying at the hotel.

    A great central hotel with exceptional service
    We really liked the size of the room, the exceptional service from the staff, and the fact that it is really close to Rossio Square.
    The hotel is located near a less pleasant area, but in a few seconds, you reach a central place so it was ok.
