The rooms at this design hotel are spread over 4 floors, with each floor having its own theme and character. With a very unique flavor, all of the accommodation is arty or contemporary in style and offers en suite facilities. Corridors have unique colours, scents and have hanging pictures and paintings depicting famous personalities. Free WiFi is provided and room service is available, upon request. Breakfast is served each morning, with a view to Rossio Square. The Bastardo Restaurant specializes in refined interpretations of classic Portuguese dishes and delicacies, while also featuring some Asian influences.     Fun and Festive at Christmas!
    The location was terrific. We were there at Christmas and the market was set up in the square right ut front - and that was fun and festive.

    The bathroom was smaller than I thought it would be. Had to be careful coming out of the shower due to it being a bit higher with the tub from the floor. But overall, it wasn't a huge issue.

    Highly recommend this fabulous hotel and restaurant.
    The location was excellent. You could get to anywhere by walking, bus, tram or train. The food was outstanding at the hotel restaurant. The staff was friendly and helpful. Everyone wanted to help and make sure I enjoyed my stay.
    There wasn't anything I didn't like. My only worry was slipping in the shower, it was very slippery.

    Most memorable stay even if it was for one night !
    The location is 10/10 . The rooms were 5 star ratings . Most important was the service . I had interaction with at least 5 front desk employees and they all gave excellent treatment. Gaston and his co workers at the front desk attendant went out of their way to help when I realized I left my backpack on the airplane. They were so compassionate and willing to go above and beyond . They made this stay memorable. Full of knowledge and helpful information. I cant say enough about this hotels service . Im a flight attendant so I have much experience with hotels . THANK YOU GREATLY !

    Great hotel in a great location and we will definitely return when next in Lisbon.
    Great hotel, in an excellent location. Unusually for us we took the breakfast package and we were very pleased we did as it was very good. The room was large and very nicely decorated. Finally the staff were really helpful, especially on the front desk.
    It would perhaps have been nice if there was a small lounge to relax. The bar area was great but always very busy, which was great when we were having a beer, but not if we wanted a chill.
