    Amazing experience
    Lovely and amazing hotel. Excellent location near to the metro and bus stations and many landmarks. Great dinner with live music, the food was delicious. The minibar is free of charge. The staff was very friendly.
    Only one minor thing there was no slippers.

    Our stay was obsoletely perfect!
    The hotel was amazing, location was perfect close to everything. Walking distance to many sites. Breakfast had a nice selection. Staff were amazing, helpful and very friendly booked a couple tours for us one to Sintra and Lady Fatima, which were amazing. Restaurant in hotel is also great. Would defiantly stay at this hotel again.

    Location very central and accessible from Metro. Staff were excellent, and they left small gifts in the room.
    Surrounded by restaurants, which is normally good, but felt harassed by the restaurant staff trying repeatedly to 'attract' customers in even if you said NO

    Location was perfect, staff was friendly and accommodating, the mini bar (non-alcoholic) was included, and the rainfall shower was amazing.

    Perfect stay in the heart of Lisbon
    Location is excellent. Few minutes walk from the nearest metro station. From the hotel you can walk to Praa do Comrcio, Alfama, Barrio Alto etc. If you don't mind a bit of a climb Avenida and Parque Eduardo VII are also close by (although you might want to take the metro to Parque and then walk back down). Room was a decent size (we where upgraded to street view) and very quiet. Facilities where really good. If you are looking for a restaurant, just stay in the hotel and you won't be disappointed.
    Like almost every hotel the room was too warm (for us). Leaving the window open does help but Lisbon street cleaning starts at midnight so not advisable.

    Great location. Excellent Service. Well return.
    Very central location, a short walk to Praa de Figueira and transport links. Comfortable quiet room. Extensive breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff.
    Old part of city centre so smell of sewage from bathroom at times.
