The room was fantastic, the breakfast was very nice with a lot of selection and the staff was all amazing. I wish I remember all of their names to give them credit. Waleed (not sure of spelling) was one that was super helpful and enjoyable.

Nice boutique hotel
The location was good yet quiet at night. The staffs are very helpful and we were presented with chocolates and a small bottle of wine in the room during our stay.

Great place in great blocation
This is a hidden gem.. This hotel is proof that you cannot tell a book by its cover. On the outside, there is nothing special, even problematic, but once inside ith was great. Staff was great. Location was as it good as you would want.

Excellent hotel in Lisbon
Very friendly multi lingual staff, knowledgeable about local area and around. Location in Rossio perfect. Fabulous breakfast with local produce. Room was spacious and kept very clean. AC for heating in winter, very efficient.

Great breakfast...cold, noisy room. We checked out early, losing out on money
It was nice to have a friendly, welcoming staff; we love the amazing breakfast spread!
Our room was really cold. We couldn't get the heat to work. We tried calling down to the front desk a couple of times with no answer. It was also quite noisy - neighbors had children who ran up and down the hallways late at night and early in the morning. It was a sleepless, cold night. We had booked for 2 nights, but ended up leaving after the first night. We lost the money we paid for the 2nd night, but weren't interested in staying another night with those conditions

Excellent location and very friendly staff.
The hotel is right in the heart of city center and several metro station close by.
Fantastic premises, great breakfast spreqd, and very friendly staff. The experienced felt very personalised, with one member of staff in particular even remembering my name! It felt very special.
More hot options at breakfast would have been nice. A bigger TV in the bedroom (considering we had a suite) would also have been nice.
