    Gorgeous hotel close to everything you need to have the best Madrid experience.
    I loved the location, the style, the decor, the complimentary bottle of champagne and grapes (Spanish tradition of eating 12 grapes during the midnight countdown) they left in the room on New Year's Eve. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
    There was really nothing I disliked.

    Excellent location, restaurant next-door had a fabulous staff of waiters that made our stay enjoyable :-)
    The location was excellent, easy walking distance to many attractions!
    Our room didnt have any windows to see outside so it felt closed in.

    Overall we had an excellent stay.
    The staff are excellent; they really look after you. Very comfortable and quiet.. especially with the electronic shutters and sound proofed rooms
    We were not informed that there would be no service on Christmas Eve - we werent allowed to enjoy a night cap even in our room which took the edge of our celebrations.

    All staff was answering the questions like some one is forcing them to talk. Second day housekeeping did not clean the room we had to call them evening. Check in and check out time staff did not say a word and not good welcoming at all.

    Comfortable stay in the center of Madrid.
    Location is great, close to main attractions. Breakfast was great, many options. Room nicely decorated, bed large and comfortable, loved patio. Loved safety features in the hotel.

    A prime location in the heart of the city, making it incredibly convenient for both nightlife and leisurely strolls. However, the rooms are relatively small, and cleanliness could be improved. Upon arrival, there were noticeable stains in the sink, impacting the initial impression.

    Would recommend this hotel as a great experience
    Room was great. The bed was a dream. The staff was so helpful in calling taxis and assisting us purchase train tickets to Sevilla. One suggestion would be to ask about seat preference for train. Overall they were excellent in addressing our needs.
