    Great choice for one day layover in Abu Dhabi. They offer free shuttle bus from and to the airport ( new terminal) as well as for see sightseeing of the amazing Grand Mosque. The staff is just great, Ronnel was extremely gentle and helpfully.

    Was not informed that the pool would be closed. The pool on the roof was the one and only reason we chose this hotel. We list a day of our holidays because of this. Hygiene is also not their top priority

    The location is great. Enough space for a family of 3. Clean and neat room.
    There was noone to come and help me with the bags, even thought there are 5 people working at the reception. Early in the morning when I had to check out they said it might be challenging to get someone as well. I believe the security ended up doing it. There was no toothbrushing kit in the room

    It is clean and it was really quite for an airport hotel . The hotel is not anymore directly connected to airport as terminal 1 and 3 are closed , that airport is not used . Terminal A is in fact a totally new airport and you will need to take the hotel bus , not poasible to walk .
    -just the fact that if you arrive some minutes after hour and 25 min ( when the hotel bus is leaving ) you need to wait from the next shuttle bus next hour . It can be tiring after many hours of flight or if you have not a very long period between the flights .

    It was clean, all transfers that we needed were included and available. We could visit the Grand Mosque and get from and to the airport with the hotel transfer.
    Everything was ok.

    it was ok for us since we stayed there just one night for transfer reason.
    location is very near to the airport and they have a shuttle bus to the airport hourly. you can get 15% discount at national aquarium if you show proof of staying in that hotel.
    service is just average, room keys and room phones are not working properly. they recommended me to take a taxi near the entry of the hotel, but that taxi started the trip from 20 AED. return trip from the same place was 15 AED cheaper, since it started from 15 AED.

    Nice clean room and good breakfast
    It's no longer an airport hotel after the opening of the new airport. You can still use the free airport shuttle; however, the waiting time could be surprisingly long, especially at night. Additionally, the showerhead wasn't adjustable.

    A hotel at the airport but next to inactivate terminals thus not so well located as it seems to be
    There wasnt anything special to list here.
    I booked this hotel because of the night flight to Abu Dhabi. I hoped there was a short walk from the airport to the hotel but it turned out we needed to wait for a shuttle bus. We missed it by three minutes and had to wait one hour for the next one. The return to Terminal A from the hotel was not convenient, either, as the bus from the hotel was scheduled at the same time as the bus to Dubai so we wasted another 50 minutes waiting at the airport. Generally, the main advantage of the hotel which was the location is not valid any longer.
