The fact that the hotel is centrally located and the staff are friendly
The fact that the room did not have a mini fridge so we could not keep our beverages or takeaways.
Housekeeping kept knocking at our door every 3 hours, at one point they said they want to knock off and when will we be up so they can clean.
24 December and 27 December, housekeeping let themselves in while we were asleep and only announced themselves when the door closed. What if we were being intimate?
Even with the "Do Not Disturb" sign housekeeping was problematic in knocking

I asked for an ironing board and they gave me a broken ironing board and when I tried to open it it fell on my feet and broke my toe, as we speak I'm going to loose my big toe nail

We were so pleased with our stay from the staff was kind and swift to assist, the place is close to all the attractions
Everything from the staff to the amenities it was perfect
The fact that we were not allowed to use the rooftop as it was one of the things I was looking forward to
