    Amazing hotel in the heat of everything.
    The rooms are spacious and stunning. I really love this hotel, the bar is amazing, not to mention the location, right in the middle of everything. I always book here every time I'm in Umhlanga, the hotel is nice and clean.
    Nothing, it has met all my expectations and more. I only was worried on arrival because there was no place for us to park in order for us to go and check in as in front of the hotel it was s full. I like the fact that after check in we were able to get parking at the back.

    Lovely area and by the beach, enjoyed the breakfast
    The location was right by the beach, less than 5 minute walk. Breakfast options were amazing, fresh fruits everyday. Their rooms are huge for a family size, the shower even better
    The pool is quite small, more like a jacuzzi

    We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The facilities were good. The hotel was located in a prime spot. We never used our vehicle the entire time as we found everything within walking distance.
    While the majority of the staff were exceptional and very helpful and friendly, there were about 2 incidents where we felt that the staff were rude and offish with us, which was a bit upsetting considering that we enjoyed most of our stay. I won't mention names, but they were both female. The first incident was on Monday afternoon at around 1h30 to 2pm when we were being served at the bar, and the second incident happened on Tuesday morning at breakfast. Otherwise, I couldn't fault the rest of our encounters with the staff. It was just these 2 incidents that I have to mention in the hope that all staff can work at the same friendly and helpful level.

    Otherwise i loved the stay, i would recommend to others and definately return myself
    Loved the location, convenient. The breakfast was great. Staff very friendly and welcoming.
    The breakfast setup, the area is very small compared to d hotel guest capacity. We had to que to have breakfast is was not ideal when on a holiday. Waking up early just to avoid the que was a total trauma for me and my friend. The pool area is also extremely small to accommodate at list a significant number, i am not sure if improvememt is possible with that but i ddnt like d pool area.
