Staff was friendly and professional. Perfect distance to shop at Gateway! Comfortable bed and top marks for cleanliness. Free under roof parking.

It seems like most hotels changed their milk sachets in the room to a unknown brand that is not very nice.

Excellent location, good stay

2nd time here in the last 2 months. Excellent location. Staff were very good and helpful.

A small fridge would be nice. A room telephone would also be nice for internal calls/services. We had to use our mobiles to interact with the hotel.

I liked environment, close to the mall, service was very good, staff was very friendly.

I dd not like the way we open the doors with those clock card like, because I was struggling to open my door, i insert the card nd take long to open. I robed and insert eish ya sometimes its a struggle to open using that card. The ice machine as well, does not release ice it takes time and release one by one, it need to be fixed to work properly, unless if someone go to the bar to ask for the ice.
