    Location directly seaside is the best to mention about this hotel.
    Equipment, furniture and sanitary is very old, sometimes broken or simply ugly. The housekeeping staff should be entired fired. Although keep tipping them the left my room dirty. In the morning at about 07:00 AM the staff starts shouting loudly on the floor. The variety of food choice in the restaurant is poor. 5 star Hotel? How do they got this category? Completely overrated. Poor experience.

    Easy family holiday spot with something for everyone
    The location was perfect - right on the beach and plenty of little shops around, restaurants and massage parlours. Breakfast was amazing and great for kids. The beach was great - we spent most days there! Easy to use grab app to order taxis to other places in Pattaya.
    Bathroom is dated but still ok.

    Staff are unaware of the bookings and they randomly pick on guests
    The lady manager of the cafe upstairs refused us from eating the breakfast there and asked us to go down to eat She said "this breakfast is for the executive guests"

    Old and run down.not worth 5 stars
    Definitely not 5 star accomodation and really pricy for what you get. Rooms and facilities are old and run down. Long overdue for a renovation. Toilets arent clean and our bathtub had a brown ring on the inside. Not value for money. Breakfast was terrible. If you like cold, rubbery fried eggs and old pastries, this is the place for you.

    Five stars my foot! Never again.
    Breakfast was quite a good spread
    The housekeeping / general maintenance of the hotel is atrocious. Never mind that the room is tired and old, it's filthy! See photos. Light switches were sticky and stained, shower screen was murky, there were moth flies, toilet mat was gross, floor was mucky... the housekeeping team needs to be fired. I saw one housekeeper walking around in another room with their shoes.

    stayed in the main building before and had a better stay. the hotel needs a serious upgrade to be able to have the highe
    it was on the beach and the restaurant was good
    the rooms were very dated. they felt like hadnt been improved in many years. we had cockroaches and the shower flooded. the fridge didnt work and the wing we were in was three floors of walk up and not accessible if you have mobility issues.

    Well maintained hotel with friendly staff
    The location is all very pretty. I bought something from the shop and got a haircut because it was just convenient having these on site. The staff was so friendly and kind. The rooms clean and comfortable. For an older hotel its been maintained very well.
    The room was super cold even with the ac on low fan and high temp. I needed to either turn it off completely or sleep freezing cold I think either a larger blanket or a second blanket in the room would be more comfortable. Also the lights were really bad. some more lamps with soft light could improve the experience
