    Location is my first choice! Very convenient for Big C, or T21 shopping mall , McDonald Starbucks or 7-11 and beach! Night Life, Close to Differ, Hollywood and Impact Club!
    Bed Carpet seems to be old, needs to change!

    The staff upgraded one room to a larger one for free which we greatly appreciated.
    The restaurant staff was outright rude to us at the top floor. Given I had paid a whopping 22,000 baht it was like a slap in the face. The restaurant food was not very tasty and way overpriced.The next night we elected to watch the fireworks from the beach. The water in the pool was much too cold to do anything other than a quick dip. The rooms are showing signs of aging and not being well maintained.

    I was not happy when I arrived that the top pool was closed for 12 days I was there and was not told this when I booked..this was the only reason I booked that hotel to enjoy the top bar and swimming pool

    The hotel is great, but the band across the street that plays every night so loud kills it. I will try going to the Holi
    The location is great just a short walk from the beach across the street is the mall everything you need is right and walking distance
    The noise its on a busy strip so the mall across the street has a live band that plays at night and you hear everything through the walls. Its horrible.

    Amazing stay overall
    The location is away from the noise and chaos of Walking Street. But the loacation is great as can easily get cheap tranport anywhere. The facilities in the gym are very good better than most hotels. Pool on the roof is amazing. Great place to relax
    There is a markets across the road from the hotel and the play ampliflied music until midnight every night. The hotel is aware of the problem so there are earplugs to assist you sleep. I stayed on the 20th floor and could easily hear the noise. Moral of the story.. don't go to bed early
