    I booked through Booking.com to be pressured by their competitor to switch method of booking my holiday time
    We have been to this site many times and know the staff personally and are treated like family
    Royal holiday chased after all the vacationers constantly trying to sell them vacation packages. Constant pressure, calling rooms at 8 am impersonating hotel staff offering gifts to attend a short presentation

    I thought the grounds were kept nice and clean at all times. I liked the gardens. I loved the staff, they were pleasant and resourceful! S/O to Ramon, Alexander ( customer service managers), S/O to the lobby bartender Frederic. Very nice people.
    No Wi-Fi in rooms, the breakfast needs to be revamped, more too shelf alcohol needs to be added to the bar more tequila please ! I would also update the bedding the bed moved around a lot, no bueno when your drunk lol

    A wonderful R&R trip when on a budget
    The exact vibe to a resort we were looking for! Quiet, laid back fun! Great outdoor atmosphere! 24 hour bar was in open air on the beach. The resort is a great small size making everything easy to walk to. The beach was amazing! But the staff was the absolute best part: welcoming, happy, accommodating, friendly, and so much more.
    Big dislikes: Beds and pillows very uncomfortable. Hot water in the shower was very mild. Dislikes but not game changers: Food was good! But had better selections at other resorts in the area. Chlorine in the pool turned my white bathing suit yellow. VIP service not worth the hype, didnt notice much difference from what was available to everyone else.

    Nice resort to spend you vacation. Great location. its convenient to off resort clubs and restaurant
    Everything was perfectly wonderful. The staff was friendly. The food was good. The beach and pool was splendid.
    The vendors were pushy and aggressive.On the beach and in the resort. I didn't like being haselled. Also, I didn't like that the pool and the beach would close at 6pm. When I'm in the Caribbean, I expect to have unfettered access to water at all times.

    Room wasnt very clean. Amenities listed with certain rooms like the honey moon sweet were non existent. Restaurant and activity schedules were always wrong. Food wasnt great
