    Great location with an epic harbour view.

    We had a great little night away for our anniversary. Staff were so helpful and even gave a bottle of bubbles to celebrate.
    No information in the room for wifi or areas of hotel. Had to ask at reception. Would have been great to be able to cast to the TV.

    A pleasure to stay and be cared for
    The staff are incredibly helpful and all had a great attitude to the guest.
    I would have liked bedside lamps like in the promotional pictures. My bedside light was controlled on the opposite side of the room and also shone another ceiling light in his eyes as he was trying to avoid my reading light .

    Staff were friendly
    Level of cleanliness in the room and bathroom was sub par. Dust everywhere. Mildew and mold in the bathroom, plus the roof occasionally leaks right above the toilet... Possibly from the toilet above. The restaurant used to be great but food was definitely below the previous high standards. Lamb was very dry and several items were missed from the plating of the beef dish. The restaurant staff were lovely though and the restaurant itself continues to have lovely ambience.

    quirky experience
    very quirky , not sure about the mirrors everywhere. It is quite dark inside, beds were extremely soft and comfy. I do have some mobility issues but due to the shower in the bath and awkward tiling on bath i was unable to use. Valet parking was good tho $40 a night to park. Convenient location directly opposite the museum and not too far to walk to town and the library for fab cocktails. I would definitely recommend
    shower in bath, very dark everywhere and too many mirrors all over the hotel and rooms.
