Not worth the cost

The location was nice other than the MANY homeless tents literally on the sidewalk. We didn't feel comfortable walking around being 2 women alone

The door was FILTHY on the inside of the room. For the cost I paid, I expected it to be cleaner. They had a pool but it was not heated and the lounge chairs available were so dirty

Overall, great. Avoid the room service.

Very clean, well kept. Nice staff.

They offer an in house room service thats actually provided by an outside company. The company that provided room service wasnt even actually room service. They didnt deliver our food until over an hour and 2 phone calls later, the delivery guy showed up and called us to come outside, downstairs, in the rain to get our food. It was cold, soggy, and partially the wrong order. The company that provides/contracts the food was zero help and told me to call back the next day when a manager was available. The front desk(hotel) had nothing to do with it and could do nothing about the situation. The next day, I called back and spoke with a manager that stated he would refund me the amount I spent ($33 on chicken tenders and onion rings) in a gift card that would be sent to my email within 24 hours. It has been 5 days since then and I have received nothing. While the hotel was great and exactly what was detailed, the services that they promote and stamp their name on are garbage and definitely not worth your time or money. I will never order room service from a quality inn again.
