The Radisson Blu Hotel & Residence Nairobi Arboretum impressed guests with its consistently good service, modern and clean facilities, and relaxed atmosphere. Some guests were disappointed that there (Read More) was no private pool for hotel guests due to outside visitors. The hotel is conveniently located for Uber transportation, and security measures are in place. Visitors praised the spacious meeting rooms, delicious food, and attentive staff. Specific staff members, such as Virginia, Rosemary, Mark Etyang', Timothy, Lucy Nduati, and Alice, were commended for their excellent service. The hotel's design is fantastic, and its location is near dining options and activities. Highly recommended overall.

Loved every bit!

Beautiful ambience, excellent customer service - all staff, particularly John who showed us to our room, were friendly and ready to assist. The live music and new year activities were fun, not to mention the fireworks!! The rooms were clean and spacious with excellent amenities. Definitely coming back for a longer stay.

Lovely stay in Nairobi!

It was a lovely, large room, with a very comfortable king-sized bed. We only stayed for 1 night but our room and the hotel were so comfortable we would have wished to have stayed longer.
