Would recommend and stay again for business use.
The view from the room was brilliant - can't recall exact number but it was on 8th floor and on the corner - room had all expected features and was large, benefitting from the corner location. Bathroom was good, some obvious damage from wear and tear, but didn't impact on function of shower. Generally the stay was very good.
Breakfast overall was not fresh - could see that majority of the food had been out for a while and items were stale.

Great location.
Great location close to the harbour and the winter wonderland. Very large room with huge floor to ceiling windows with a view of the fireworks for new year. Close to shops to buy snacks.
The fridge was boiling hot. The fan in the bathroom came on every 10 minutes very loudly throughout the night. The carpet with covered in spills and dirt. 3.50 for a can of coke. No fault about the hotel but there were an extremely large amount of homeless people outside the hotel.

Great stay in a special building with amazing views
I enjoyed the breakfast a lot. The room size was great and bed was comfy.
The carpet was tatty and the coffee table and sofa in the suite were out of place. A bit weird.
