    I saw online that this was a five-star hotel, but when I went to the hotel, it was obvious that this
    This is not a five star hotel, as advertised. Its a horrible hotel.
    Very poor standards, lack of cleanliness, just the overall low-level hotel.

    Looks good from outside but not so good from inside
    Staff was nice and prompt. Food was very good.
    Rooms were filthy. Beds were uncomfortable. Bathrooms were worst. Looked like rooms have not been maintained for very long.

    Parking, swimming pool.
    Hotel is not 5 stars at all. Rooms smell of mould. Long hair in bed and pillows. Mould in bathroom. Floor was very dirty. Curtains in bathroom not operational. Floors was uneven and floor joint were broken. It was big hazard on floor in room. Hotel can be 2 stars.

    It used to be a Radisson property and was absolutely beautiful. The location is very convenient. The food is still good.
