    Radosri - not a Bnb with expired products for consumption
    Room and the view from it. And nothing else
    Radosri rating is primarily for the room which charged 5700. But nothing else was good except that to be honest. They have resorted to cost cutting to the core and provided very basic amenities. TV with no subscriptions of channel, no OTT subscriptions, they mixed water in conditioner, no comb, no hair dryer.. they claim to serve breakfast but for vegetarian the only menu was masala dosa and nothing else.. even cheese dosa was not available.. have been to other bnb too but nobody has kept just one item for breakfast.. Most importantly I am very surprised that they can stoop so low that they have kept expired product for people to consume like milk powder, tea and coffee sachets.. U should book directly from them because if you book through Agoda or booking.com, they will cancel the booking saying it is showing at discounted price which they don't agree. Not sure if it is a marketing gimmick. How can both the website show wrong price, this has again happened for the first' time with me.. had to go with higher price because of this issue as it was difficult for me to do last minute cancellation.. Again just go for the room and hygiene and nothing else.. as nothing else they serve because they work on bare minimum.. Disappointed to be honest with their cost cutting measures...they can reduce the price ..

    Size of room was good. Though booking com says allowed for 2, when enquired owner confirmed to be suitable of family with superior family room for 2+2 Breakfast was good. Staff was very helpful and helped with travel and sight seeing. Tea estate near property is very good and especially near by restaurant cherry berry gives good alternate in good, super market, play area. Has very good book(novels) City of COONOOR is around 4 kms from property. Peaceful and nice place to stay.
    Food taste for ala carte option can be better. But we had very good breakfast for our 5 days of stay Some good board games and making space for kids to play visible will help.

    Home away from home.
    Radosri was very homely, the staff are very efficient, food was homely.
    The fittings in the bathroom could have been aptly located i.e easily accessible and not at a distance. This refers to the toilet soap dispenser which was far from the wash basin. Likewise the towel stand was placed above the toilet.

    A comfortable and homely stay
    We stayed for 3 nights in the Mountain View room which is more expensive than the standard room. The room was large, clean and aesthetic. It was quiet although there is a road just outside but the traffic is minimum and there is no traffic after 9 pm. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Mr Sri the owner lives on the property and is happy to chat and help. The food was homely and the cook was ready to oblige with requests for any changes to the menu. Poori aloo was the highlight of the breakfast items. Although the menu is limited the food is not oily and has a home cooked flavor. The location was perfect as it is only 300 m from the Highfield Tea Estate and Cherrie Berry. It is also 1.5 km beautiful walk away from Sims Park. We would highly recommend staying at Radosri if a quiet, comfortable stay in an elegant room with homely food is what you are looking for.
