    Rooms were clean
    Having young children the rooms felt cold. The cottage allowed people to bring there dogs which we knew about but one guest allowed the dog to bark continuously so the children couldnt sleep with the disruption.

    Good choice for a room close to town.
    Located centrally in Swanage, easy to find. Easy to locate keys. Room was clean and comfortable and we had all we needed. It suited us to not have breakfast as we were leaving early in the morning.
    I was happy as I knew the parking would be around the corner. Television was small, if you are used to bigger ones, I suppose. But that's a very minor detail to me.

    Other that the above mentioned, the room was lovely perfect for a one night stay and being near the beach was ideal! Wou
    Close to the beach 5 min walk, lovely room very clean.
    The bunk beads were very squeaky and my son found it hard to fall asleep. Although there were loads of DVDs to choose from the DVD player didnt work and a lot of the buttons of the remote for the TV didnt work either so we gave up with watching it in the end.
