    It was near tourists attractions
    Very bad experience at front desk. I checked yesterday, they said you have booked 4 rooms instead of 2 and wanted to charge for the same. Then I have showed them the mail I have received from booking.com. Then they started saying you must have clicked twice. I said I have a single voucher. Next morning they said breakfast is not included, I have showed them see I have booked like this and it is written breakfast included. Show me where I have done the wrong, they were unable to show anything wrong in my booking and just kept on saying it is not included in the voucher we have received. Early morning I had to left the hotel for breakfast with small kid in winter morning. Staff is very rude. I have paid for the confusion hotel had with third party.

    Very pleasant and will stay here if I visit Amritsar again
    Easy access to the Golden Temple main reason for our visit. The staff were very pleasant and helpful and the facilities provided were excellent. Definitely recommend it for next visit

    wouldnt be staying here again!
    Location was only good thing
    Air conditioning/heating didnt work and it was freezing cold in the room.No extra blankets provided. A small heater was given which blew out horrible air. Tv wasnt working and not fixed for entire stay. No extra towels provided considering the booking was for two people. Wouldnt go back here to stay again!

    Location, stay, services, food Special mention of Ravneet at the reception who completed the formalities in just 5 mins that too at 12 midnight, Balram in Alfresco keeping a minute attention to detail and ensuring we got what we wanted.... Also we needed a wheelchair for Wagah border which was arranged instantly Sandeep at the Travel desk was very helpful
