I have open case complain assigned to the travel agency located at Ramada reception.
Those agencies reflected a negative experience to Ramada residence.
My case up today is not resolved nor i have been compensated professionally and what i was expected from such a recognized globally hotel Ramada.

Great location and definitely worth it's price.
Location is great! It is right near to JBR beach. Room is very large and comfortable for stay with a big family. Cleanning has been done every day. Personal is very approachable and kind. Good breakfast.
Old furniture that requires some maintenance.

The proximity to The Beach
We had a flood in our suite at 1am on New Year's Eve. Water was pouring down the window, flooding our bedroom and the kitchen below. These things happen - the upstairs neighbors had a leak in their bathroom. But the staff's handling of the incident was deplorable. We called the front desk twice and no one intervened. Then we had to go downstairs and ask for 2 rooms to replace our suite. The manager, Ahmed, was not concerned, and we had to insist on being rehoused at 2am with our children, who were no longer on the same floor as us. We asked for compensation and he replied that we should be happy to have 2 rooms and because we had a Booking promotion they couldn't do anything.

The location is great! Everything within walking distance... Supermarket around the corner. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Especially the reception managers, Walid and Mohamad Mostafa, for their quick response and resolution of the situations I encountered
