Good location with good facilities in a value option near the airport

Good location to the airport - we walked- and significantly cheaper than staying in Queenstown itself. Great facilities in the room with washer drier, dishwasher and adequate cooking facilities if thats what you wanted. Surrounding area had plenty of good food options.

Ventilation was a bit of an issue with no fresh air except via the AC. It was worsened by an overall hint of stale smoke as though the last guests were heavy smokers. To be fair it was worst when we arrived and got better over the stay. The room was spacious with good facilities but the carpet needed some TLC.

Good sized, nice apartment. Clean with good facilities and washing powder and dishwasher tablets kept topped up. Good to have parking.

The lift was silly. You had to hold a card key on one side and stretch across the other to press the floor you wanted. Difficult with a lift full of people or luggage.

Room pretty tired carpet very worn and marked could have been cleaner and cooler although I had been warned the AC was awaiting repair but was partially working . I had been emailed by management regarding the problem with the AC, also there was no coffee sachets which I didnt notice when we checked in and as we didnt return from dinner till 9.30 and reception closed 8pm I couldnt get any and I did not consider it an urgent request was just disappointed there was none

We took two rooms. One room didnt have a functional bathroom door and the other didnt have hot water . Even after calling the staff multiple times and then saying someone is on the way, no one showed up. Not expected at all .

Quiet, had a kitchen and washing facilities if you wanted it. Would be good for a business person. Bus system was great, a stop right outside the hotel

Wasnt very clean, is advertised as being in Queenstown when its actually Frankton. Staff werent very helpful, didnt even ask how our stay was, bed was average, reception should be manned for longer hours, the key card for the elevator system was a bit of a pain
