    A nice hotel. Although there was no heat in room and staff were helpful.
    The hotel was clean and staff were pleasant
    It was over crowded. We found it difficult to get into spa even though we were told that we had free access. When were allocated an hour in spa it was overcrowded and not clean. There were no robes and few towels. The staff were very apologetic.

    Great but wish things were better explained
    Room was a great size, meal at the rib room was very good value. Swimming pool changing room and area is nice.
    Abit disappointed it is advertised as SPA access but really you can only use the swimming pool. No one explained this to us so we did end up using the main spa before we were told by one of the pool side assistants we couldnt. Ordered breakfast for between 9-9:30. Came before 9 and staff banging on the door to deliver it.

    Unsure about our return to this hotel after having a few disappointments with this stay.It would have been nice for mana
    Premier room lovely and beds very spacious and comfortable. Decor and cleanliness in room and around the hotel was good. Staff were mostly friendly and helpful,apart from the odd one.
    Very disappointed with meal in Pemberton suite on Christmas Day and didnt have a nice steak or experience in the Rib room on Boxing Day.I have emailed general manager about my concerns but havent had any response.
