From check in to check out was excellent. The bar personal was more than friendly and drinks were very good. Ivan and Luam Negosi were very pleasant in a stressful situations. There was a big Christmas party with a few drunks with many demands and they handled it without missing a beat.

WELL FIRST OFF THE CHECK IN WAS HORRIBLE THE GUY THAT WAS CHECKING ME IN KEPT TELLING ME MY CARD WAS DECLINED AND AFTER SEVERAL TRIES HE SAYS LET ME GET THE PEOPLE BEHIND YOU I SAID WELL WOULDN'T YOU TRY TO HELP ME WITH THE ISSUE FIRST OVER HERE? WELL HE HELPS THREE PEOPLE AND COME BACK TO ME HE SAYS OK JUST SIGN HERE I'M LIKE WELL DID THE CARD GO THROUGH HE SAYS WELL YEAH WITH NO EXPLANATION ON WHAT THE HELL HE WAS DOING WRONG TO HAVE MY CARD DECLINING THAT CLEARLY HAS MONEY TO PAY FOR A ROOM. I FELT VERY EMBARRASSED AND HUMILIATED.

Well .. its not the worst , yet not so good
extremely kind personnel, Mahdi and the other American man with him during our check-in were extremely kind & polite, and during our checkout the lady with light blue glasses was so kind too, a gas station with a good store is just near it 2 minutes walk.
its an old facility, you live in the 80s like, coffee machine is placed where no socket is near it to use it, only 1 complementary water bottle, when we asked for only an hour late checkout the man at front desk refused and said it costs 50 $ , although we made late check-in, which wasn't nice IMO.

It was a good stay because we had fun with our friends.
I liked that that the hotel has a dining room and bar. We loved Hassan, our waiter, in the breakfast dining room. He was super, kind, professional and accommodating.
The service in the dining area by the bar was poor. The property is in need of an update. The bathtub was chipped, shower head needs to be replaced, toilet flushing took two times before it flushed. Room dingy.

Fantastic hotel with great ambiance! The rooms were comfortable and clean.
Our booking included breakfast but when we got to breakfast they couldnt give us the vouchers as our booking with booking.com didnt include breakfast. The lady at the check in said she couldnt do anything about it- ended up getting vouchers after speaking with the manager

I only liked that it was close to a store as well . The location of the event I was attending.
The water was cold, lobby was full of buckets and more upon entering . Smelled of sewer, lighting was very deem. No flowers no life in the place,didn't even have an inviting smell. Rooms very old tub water was on the restroom floors from toilet seal need done. Tub had mold around wall area, you could tell it wasn't high end as post shown. More like escorts, odd dudes hang around as people was seen sleeping in the car. Let's just say I can go on.... Because I was afraid to order breakfast r attend anything besides lock my room . Creepy.... Front desk staff was professional tho

We booked a room on this site and when we arrived they said they had no rooms avail. Why would I receive a confirmation if there were no rooms available? It was 1:00 in the am and we wasted 60.00 on an Uber ride!! Can we get reimbursed for our ride? The hotel was disgusting!!! There were bugs on the carpet as soon as we walked in and when we sat in the lobby trying to figure out where to find a room avail there were bugs on the furniture and area rug! This property should be removed from your site!
