    The hotel needs a complete renovate. Its old tiered and very run down. The carpet is very very dirty and the paint is comings away from the walls. The room was dirty and the pool needed a clean

    A bit outdated and too soft beds. Shower had some mould too. A bit disappointed as this is a 4 star hotel.

    Amazing location, loved layout of historical terraces. Friendly and helpful staff.
    Location is amazing. Comfortable bed. Layout of historical suite (bedroom upstairs, lounge/kitchen downstairs).
    Bath/shower a bit tired. Kitchen appliances old.

    ROOM AND location was great. Hated having to go out and get breakfast.
    Should have looked for a room with a harbour view. Next time !!

    Good hotel; absolutely horrible restaurant experience at Danielli's. Bad choice for guests!
    The hotel restaurant DANIELLI's fine food was absolutely horrible. Within a half-hour of eating their breakfast plate, we both got food poisoning which ruined our days in Sydney. The restaurant should not be used by the hotel; the owner had several disparaging comments about foreigners visiting his restaurant as well. We cannot understand how this horrible restaurant experience can be endorsed by an otherwise fine hotel in Sydney.

    Great place to be close to everything with a great view of the bridge and Oprah house.
    It was in the center of Sydney, everything was close by.
    The room felt a little run down and old.

    Fantastic room in a great location - loved it!
    The location was fantastic. The room had a balcony with a great view & the staff were very friendly. The room was very large & comfortable.
    The noise of the fan in bathroom was very loud & unfortunately there was no way to turn it off at night (while sleeping).
