Convenient to city particularly Theatre Royal and train station.

Room had no Hair Dryer available for use.

Good

Clean and comfortable room.

No staff helped us to bring the luggage to the room. I was a bit struggle to carry one big luggage with a toddler. I was also not shown how to use the card to tap on the lift. Another customer had to show me how to use it.

Wish they didnt when I checked in that if u use ur credit card there would be one and half per cent charge , they only showed me the sign wen I went back down , it was hidden, would of paid on my debit card , ruined our stay cause we didnt budget for that

Perfect choice for complete Sydney access.

Great central location, excellent service from staff, every request handled quick and most friendly. Nice breakfast too, convenient with good selection.

Need ice buckets for rooms, got ice in champagne bucket which sweated but at least got ice!

Superb

Overall we had a comfortable sleep eventhough we slept for 5-4hrs.

Great location, 9min walk to Circular Quay, 4min walk to Wynyard Train Station and theres a convenience store beside the hotel.

Excellent I would recommend this hotel!

Traveling with my sister so the twin beds were perfect. Didn't use any of the restaurant/bar facilities as closed due to holiday.
