    The Residence Inn by Marriott Pensacola Downtown offers spacious rooms with standard amenities, including some with ovens. The hotel's location is convenient for walking to downtown attractions, and (Read More)there are VEO electric scooters available. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The only drawbacks mentioned were that the curtains let in too much light and that breakfast quality and morning host friendliness had declined. Overall, guests had a positive experience and appreciated the helpful staff and clean rooms.

    I went there the night before my check in to surprise my girlfriend with some Valentines Day gifts. I wanted her to walk in the room with her gifts waiting there for her. The night manager said there was no way she could do it. One of the desk employees, Ms. Cindy, was able to keep the items for me and was able to place them in the room before my gf got there. She went above and beyond for her customer and should be recognized for her extremely generous hospitality. She is truely a wonderful person and an asset to your team.

    I liked the cleanliness of the facility. I also liked the friendly staff and their willingness to offer their assistance when I needed it after falling bathroom.
    I didn't like there wasn't a bath mat in the bathtub.
