The Residence Inn by Marriott Waco received positive reviews for its friendly and helpful staff. One guest appreciated how the staff went above and beyond to ship back a piece of jewelry they left be (Read More)hind. Another guest praised the receptionist for being friendly, efficient, and genuinely helpful. The location is also convenient, being a short walk from downtown Waco. A special mention was given to Ricardo at the front desk for finding and returning a lost watch. The hotel overall is a bit dated but still enjoyable to stay at.

Wonderful Stay

Front desk person when we checked in, think her name was Stacia or something similar, she was kind, gracious, professional and courteous!! She was a wonderful representative for Marriott!! Two lovely ladies who prepared and stocked breakfast were kind and gracious. Rode the elevator with the Maintenance man who was polite, friendly and helpful! All the staff were polite and helpful!

Clean, neat and comfortable property.

Clean, neat, formerly staff, quiet hallways

Train nearby was quite noisy in the morning. The location did not feel good or safe with lots homeless people about - we didnt feel safe walking in the evening.

Great place to stay!

Really nice hotel. Room was clean and well appointed. Bed was like a cloud and the room was spacious. It was within walking distance to events downtown. Breakfast was very good. I would definitely stay here again!
