    The rooms were spacious and clean. The lawn area outside the room was quite airy. It was peaceful and relaxing
    Nothing as such. 1 Water bottle per room can be given complimentary

    Very disappointing.
    The hostess and family were very friendly people. Location was good for the beach,town and harbour with all within a 15minute walk.
    We had two rooms. On arrival I had to ask for my bed sheets to be changed as they were absolutely the dirtiest bed sheets I have ever seen. Thankfully the hostess came and changed them within minutes of me asking.Unfortunately the hostess wanted me to believe the stains were ink stains. All I will say is they were 100% not ink stains. On the first night the key to the 2nd room snapped In the lock so entry could not be made until I advised the hostess who arranged repair. My son had to stay in my room,although I was still charged for the room that night. Towels were badly worn and exceptionally thin. Shower very poor. Bathroom dirty.

    Very good accomodation close to the centre of Mirissa and also very close to the beach. It is clean, comfy bed, wifi and a/c work perfectly. They took great care while we have been there, they brought us candles during black out and also help me to clean up my shoes (totally destroyed). Thank you so much and we highly recommend this place.

    Perfect location - easy walk to the beach and the restaurants, even the coconut tree hill is only a 30 minute walk. The owner is lovely, very smiley and helpful, she did laundry for us too. The room is spacious with the shower having warm water and a great pressure! There is a fridge too which was useful.
    The footpath got muddy but the owner let us walk through a different way. We had a cockroach and a few ants in the room, despite keeping the door shut at all times.

    This is the most amazing place you could stay in Sri Lanka!! So much privacy and comfort ! There is AC / Fan / beautiful balcony where monkeys are visiting every morning!The woman who is the owner is the most sweet and lovely woman ! Thank you so much for making my stay in Sri Lanka so relaxing and amazing !

    Nothing to complain about. Overall everything was there as confirmed
    Access to the premises is a very narrow foot path and flooded and mud puddles during rain.
