    Friendly, helpful staff and they helped us to organise scooter rental, whale watching and a driver for an onward journey. The room was spacious and comfortable. Food in the rooftop restaurant was tasty and attractively served.
    The wait time for food was long and the room was not refreshed during a 3day stay. WiFi was sometimes slow.

    The whole experience was excellent. I would definitely recommend Scenic Bay Weligama!
    The breakfast was exceptional. There are plenty of options and all of them were delicious. The breakfast includes free coffee, free juice of the day, and a free choice from the breakfast menu. We had lunch and dinner on many occasions at the hotel and everything we tried was very good! Their cocktails are also nice! The hotel also has a power generator which is a blessing for times when the power goes out (this is common in Sri Lanka). The staff were all super nice, always with a smile, and willing to assist with our requests. The AC worked perfectly and in my opinion is a must in Sri Lanka in order to get a good night's sleep. The bathroom was modern, with warm water and particularly good water pressure. The room was always clean. The view from the rooms and rooftop restaurant/bar were very nice. In case I visit again, I will return to Scenic Bay Weligama.

    The only problem I had is the same problem I have everywhere I visit. There was too much light coming into the room in the morning. My suggestion as always would be to install blackout blinds. Also, I would suggest installing some kind of clothesline on the balcony of the rooms to dry out wet swimsuits, towels, and clothes.

    Clean, modern, great food, theyve got their marketing sorted and its got a cool vibe about it.
    Modern room, very cool rooftop bar, do a great breakfast.
    The location is only a short walk to Weligama main break but other beaches were more to our liking like Mirissa and Ahangama. Tuk tuks are cheap though so the location is not a major drawback unless you want that beachside feel. We stayed during a quiet time but if the rooftop bar was busy it would be a great place to have a beer.

    The best staff and hotel, that made our stay in Sri Lanka so much easier!!
    This was by far the best accommodation we had in Walegama/Sri Lanka! Staff was super friendly and welcoming, always happy to help and making sure, we had the best time here. The rooms are huge, super clean and come with the most spacious and comfortable beds. Food was amazing!! For the breakfast included youll have a bunch of options, accompanied with coffee/tea and freshly squeezed juices. I can highly recommend the French Cinnamon toast! Location is perfect- a 3min walk to the beach and just minutes away by tuktuk from other destinations, cool Cafes and restaurants and many different beaches. Also, theres a great rooftopbar and restaurant, where you can catch the sunset. I highly recommend this place!!

    Best place to stay at weligama!
    first of all the staff was harm and helped us anytime and about everything! room was new and clean all the time. The hotel located at quiet area just near the main road. Breakfast was delicious !! Highly recommend the avo- smash! We really did best time at Scenic Bay! For hiro and all the crew - thank u big time!
