Amazing view, convenient location, very comfortable apartment.
Our room was on a high floor so the view of the beach was spectacular. Awesome spot for sunrise and for just sitting on your balcony looking out at the view. Apartment was clean, well equipped and spacious. Great location for catching the tram along the whole of Surfers and also walking distance from the nearest marina as well as restaurants located in Main Beach.
No real causes for complaints. The toilet facilities around the pool were out of working order which was a bit inconvenient and being on a high floor, sometimes there was a wait for the lifts but neither issue spoiled our stay.

The location to sea, shops and places to eat was great. The staff were helpful and kind and the rooms were very clean and tidy.
We used the Hotel beach umbrellas at the beach was wonderful and check in and check out was a breeze.
Another plus was the carpark under the Rhapsody.
The only thing I didn't like was having to pay for extra amenities...such as dishwasher powder etc....I thought that was a bit mean for the price that we paid and the time that we were staying.

Brilliant
Great location. I really appreciated the extra effort on a Sunday to help me with my questions. The gym is properly maintained with an added bonus: the 360 degree views from the 26th floor. The cafe downstairs has a great vibe and a tasty menu.
Some parts of the units and facilities could be cleaner. That excludes the gym and the building windows!
