    Rooms were okay.
    Staff were useless at most times. Receptionist didn't know where breakfast was being served. They kept calling our rooms several times at night time asking if we had ordered something which we hadn't. The pool is small and not well maintained. Overall, it was overpriced for what it is.

    Good interiors and soothing experience. Could have been better for the price one pays.
    Good facilities, with the pool being clean and the interior of the rooms giving a vintage look which creates a good ambiance. Also greenery within and around the grounds gives a soothing feeling.
    The bathrooms outside the rooms for common use could be cleaner. For a hotel charging the amount that one pays here, cleanliness should be the least one could expect.

    The resort space is very low compared with other resorts in this cost. The rooms are spacious, but the property is small & is located in the highway.

    Exceptional , Quiet and Pleasant Stay
    The ambience,room staff, location, facilities including kids play zone, swimming staff, welcome as we do our checkin. The staff was very amicable, gentle, warm and smiling. Rooms were fully clean and anything we request arrived within 5 minutes like the staff were on toes to serve. Kitchen staff was lovely too served any additions as requested on demand. As it was my wifes 40th getaway with family cake was provided as complimentary a nice gesture. Checkin was very smooth as helpful staff carried all our bags to room.
    The payment process did not work for international cards and the online payment had only UPI and Bank options with no SBI, I had to struggle to make a payment as booking.com had taken my credit card but payment at Rhytm had limited options. The staff at reception had to be reminded multiple times to send online payment link. A suggestion to Rhythm is to check international card payment , include debit card/credit card options on online payment gateway and how can SBI be missed in Bank account payment.

    The suite room was great in terms of space and facility. The food spread was great, tasty and well catering to needs of vegetarians as well. It was a very compact set up.
    They should have a fully functional play area for kids and toddlers. Electric sockets were at levels were babies/toddlers could reach them.

    Great place , great price, good food and service.
    Good variety in the the breakfast buffet . They had special Diwali celebrations with fire works. They involved the guests in this event. It was fun!
    Did not get hot water for shower 1 day. Did not gave time to report. And get it fixed. I am sure they would have fixed it.
