Needed more valet attendants.

Food and service exceptional

Would have liked some vending. No where to get a soda, snack without leaving hotel. Store closed entire stay.

It was ok. Maybe a bit overpriced. Breakfast was not included, so extra money...

The receptionist was not friendly enough. It was confusing when he was asking to pay again the same amount of money we paid in advance to Booking.com! Next days other guys were ok.

Coming back in March.

The garage was easy access from the hotel. The service at the bar was outstanding but the hamburgers were just OK. When we checked the desk agent was great. Curious and polite.Coming back in March

A really nice stay with lots going on nearby

Location excellent, had a pool though it was across the street but was an easy 3 minutes to reach. Staff were extremely helpful.

We pre-arranged an accessible room as my husband used a wheelchair. However we were allocated a room with a bath-tub. The lady on reception was helpful in trying to sort it out but it took 6 different rooms before I eventually was given the accessible room Id pre-booked. Not what you want after travel for 25 hours.

Not the best experience we've had at a hotel.

Location was terrific. Lobby was very inviting. Great to be able to have our dog with us. One of the guest services staff was helpful upon check in.

The room was in my name and I was unavailable when my husband tried to check in. Guest services person on duty told him he could not, under any circumstances, nor could he stay in the lobby. 2 hours later after he drove around town with our dog trying to find a place to hang out, I was able to call and found out I could put him on the reservation in 2 seconds. Not helpful and most frustrating he wasn't told this earlier (even after asking). In our room, our sink would not drain at all and we had to wash up in the tub. It was too late to call maintenance because of our delay in getting into the room. We were given a small discount for both inconveniences which is helpful.

A super hotel offering old world charm in a peaceful and pretty location

Location was lovely overlooking the river with a good range of shops and restaurants nearby. Breakfast was very good and served by a sweet robot.

Very limited vegetarian options for an evening meal
