    Beautiful small hotel located near the sea and in front of a park
    Very friendly and helpful staff - special shoutout to Samuel who gave helped us providing nice recommendations for lunch and pubs. We were upgraded to a bigger room which had a beautiful view to the park

    Very pleased to find it last year so no hesitation in booking again and we hope to return again.
    Room very clean and comfortable but we liked that it was designed so carefully and creatively.
    Great to have late check out, but a tad annoying to have housekeeping wake us up...a 'Do Not Disturb' notice would remedy this!

    Location and room size was great, nice view of the park, but the cleanliness not so great.
    The bed was comfortable, it was a very spacious airy room, the view was good, and was nice to have car parking available.
    It states check out is at 2pm yet we had 2 knocks on the door during the morning to see if we had checked out! there was no do not disturb to put anywhere. The mat on the floor in the room was very slippy as there was no non slip backing to it, we attempted to move it to then find it hadnt been hoovered or the floor hadnt been washed for a very long time! The toiletries in the shower were empty. There was tea & coffee in the room but no milk. The plates in the cupboard had not been washed as one plate still had breadcrumbs on it and the cutlery was not very clean, check it all before using! It claims to be soundproofed but we heard doors closing and people walking around with shoes on either above us or next door as the floors are not soft furnished, so no more soundproofed than your average hotel room.
