The room was really great! The staff was attentive. Nice. The location in general is good. Muscat is big and you just need to know in which area you wanna stay in. Good restaurants and shops around. No noise from cars.
I asked before my stay if they could arrange a transport from the airport to the hotel as I arrived in the night, but my message was never responded to. Not very friendly.

Comfortable. Amazing in the sense of near by Indian restaurants.
The room was quite spacious and definitely good for couple n kids. Location was amazing, just because of diverse cuisines / restaurants in the walking distance. Overall stay n comfort were definitely pleasing.
There could be better amenities. Since the charge is semi premium, there could be more options to explore in the hotel.

Room was very big and clean. We had a lot of space. In room we got slippers, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner, razer and toothbrush. Garage was good and we always had a space for our car.
Staff is very kind and friendly. Location is very good. WiFi in the room was amazing.
When we arrived we get everything for one person, so we needed to ask them many times to get another towel. Also you have to request for a cleaning at the reception and everyday we needed to ask for the extra shower gel, cus everytime we got only one. Anyway we recommend this hotel!!!
