The Royal Grosvenor Hotel, with its beautiful interior and haunted floor, holds nostalgic memories for a guest from the 1980s. Despite its great architecture and history, the hotel has remained close (Read More)d for over a year and is now facing demolition after a fire in 2022. Many feel that the historic building should have been restored and reopened rather than torn down.

very old style rooms, needs renovation. only soap provided was a small bar that smelt disgusting brown towels which i dont like as you cant see stains / tell if clean location is nice and staff were okay but didnt really feel like they cared

Nice hotel with a lovely friendly atmosphere

The Staff are a credit to the management, they are approachable amiable and pleasant at all times , the communal areas were well kept and the bar had a lovely atmosphere made all the better by Davish.

Our bathroom was very disappointing and needs a refurbishment, the shower was impossible to use due to access it is a large step up with no rails to hold on to, the hot tap on the basin leaked, the toilet seat was loose

Lovely hotel room spacey and good entertainment

The location is great lots to do close by

There was a mix up about the breakfast online breakfast was included then when we went to the dinner the said if we booked through booking.com its not included.luckily I had the booking on my app and was able to show the staff

Lovely comfortable friendly and clean hotel

Lovely clean friendly hotel good location only negative was we thought we had breakfast but booking.com was misleading . Thank you for a lovely comfortable stay x

Location and tranquil colour scheme of the room

Unpleasant smell bathroom Chest of drawers is falling apart Kettle too big to fill using the tiny corner sink so you have to fill it under the shower head
