    The check-in was not managed efficiently. Staff are not Hospitality trained to handle overseas visitors and guests in general. The entry was delayed due to massive traffic jam and disorganised traffic management. The Hotel staff did not give any support to make it more smoother. The Hotel Charged me Rs. 2500 plus commission that was NEVER told to us anywhere. The hotel front office billing did not work properly and we have to just pay for the bill advised to us verbally. No actual invoice has been provided to us. I am going to take this to Consumer Affairs for misleading customers regarding the commission the tariff.

    No elevator and we got rooms in the 2nd floor. Being Senior citizens it was hard to climb.

    Garden view. Quiteness.
    Old room, which needs tobe refurbished. Remote location. Cabs to travel to Mysore/Bangalore can only be booked at exorbitant prices.

    Lack of an elevator for senior citizens and other needy. This should have been highlighted at booking stage itself.

    Food was very good. Restaurant staff were hospitable.
    Front desk staff put us in a wrong room (queens instead of kings room) and we had to shuffle rooms few times before they got it right. Then had to call them few more times to get the bathtub fixed. Very bad experience.
