you can't access the refridgerator in room 366. the cabinet doo and fridge door are backwards to each other, and there isn't enough room between the edge of the bed and the cabinet.

the room window was great one of the best view that I had from other hotels previously visited great scenic room
may be good offer a continental breakfast I think this is a perk that always a traveler appreciate from the hotel with such price,not a big breakfast but something that offer a plus over other hotels

Hotel upgraded our room... but I still paid 584.40..
I felt the room was not worth, what I paid for. I could of gone to the Four Season or the Ritz.. I stayed at the Royal Sonesta, because of my 40 th Anniversary.. We had our Wedding at the hotel.

Stayed the night before my family member needed surgery. Great location, pretty view. If staff smiled it would have made
Pool, location, robe in room to walk to pool, cider and apples was a really nice touch
Upon arrival staff was not friendly. They did their job, but for $800/night Id expect someone a little friendlier. Same with the attendant in the garage. Everyone just seemed like they were having a bad day. Bellman at the front door was the only staff who smiled at me.
Elevator was down, so one elevator for our side of the hotel led to delays. We were on the 4th floor and several times had to wait and push the button a 2nd time bc when the doors would open, the elevator was full.
