Could not cast to television, tho casting to television was advertised all over the room and television. Engineer took a LONG time to come to my room to (help) tell me this. Bed sagged. Room was near stairwell which was VERY VERY loud.

Staff were kind and polite.
The room was big enough and clean.
Every day room service was available.
The hotel was within 30 minutes walk and 10-15 minutes drive of all our destinations.
A big Starbucks was near the hotel.

Nice room, didnt enjoy the hotel
The room was comfortable and spacious. The view from the pool is beautiful.
The checkin staff wasnt courteous, didnt find the booking at first, then tried to add a 40 USD fee per day (which was already included in the total price) and a 150 USD hold per day (which wasnt applied after taking). The process took almost one hour and made our arrival not great (with a kid and two senior individuals).

Assetically good looking, comfortable, super roomy hotel!
We loved the location. It was not in the super noisy overcrowded parts of the city. There was a super cute dog park right around with corner that our pup loved. They were super pet friendly and baby friendly.
The extra charges on the room service.

Amazing location close enough to Times Square and close to Metro station for line 6. There is also Whole Foods supermarket and plenty of eating possibilities in the area.
