Nothing, only thing I would say if the skirting boards in the room were VERY dusty to the point it was noticeable without looking for it. Only very minor but o would expect in such a hotel these details as all perfect. They looked like they hadnt been cleaned in quite a long time.

Relaxing time spent at Rufflets sets us up for a busy festive period
Beautiful relaxing setting with lots of outdoor areas whilst indoor had an abundance of cosy fire settings in various lounges. The staff are all so helpful and friendly.
Ill need to go and stay again because I cant think of one downside to our stay

Very traditional, exceptionally clean, fresh with a very welcoming ambience. Comfortable to eat and drink within beautiful surroundings and plenty space to simply relax and wind down. Staff were so attentive and couldnt have been more helpful with a nice way about them.
