    Houseboat - Yes / No during winter
    Excellent and friendly staff. Hashim, the owner of the houseboat personally involved in all matters of our stay. He even offered additional room for free on the adjacent property if the room size did not meet our requirements. While the pre booked drivers were not available, he himself drove us to the next hotel. The drivers he hired were friendly. I would recommend the houseboat for any days of stay other than in winter.
    Since it was winter, we expected the rooms to be temperature controlled. They provide heater in each of the rooms, but it could not control the extreme cold weather. We had to shift to other hotel. Hashim, the owner was very apologetic and even dropped us to the new hotel. Bathrooms would have been a bit cleaner. The towels were dirty.

    great stay amazing location near to mountain view of Dallake. we enjoyed the view from balcony.from balcony you can see good view of lake and nature, rooms are clean .food is great and clean rooms wash room is up to Mark.onwer is so good and he guided us in many ways.s group is our first choice and very very good view

    WILL NOT RECOMMEND.
    The person hashim was a good guy and helped us with the usual information and the to and fro boat to the house boat is free of cost.
    Very deceiving pictures. Booked the property looking at the pictures but the stay did not match those. The condition of the boat and the room is very poor. The bathroom was the dirtiest. No hot water most of the night. The drawers were very dirty with garbage from previous guests. The blankets were dirty too. It gets very noisy in the night. You can hear everything from the guests staying in the next room and the boat also creaks alot. The breakfast was below average and the hygiene in the place is very low. The bathtubs are the dirtiest and there isnt any view feom the triple room so it feels suffocating and claustrophobic. Booked for two nights survived one and checked out next morning. Will not recommend anyone. Its a waste of money.

    Electricity , however this has been affected throughout Kashmir. Maybe recommendation is to have heating back up
