    Had a very relaxing stay in the paradise of Siem Reap.
    Super quaint resort tucked away. It felt like paradise. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Staff very friendly. Loved the pool and ambiance.
    Breakfast options was a little small, set menu. But still good.

    Good potential, but needs oversight.
    The property itself is quite beautiful. Grounds are pretty, and the room was nicely appointed. Our experience was saved by the 2 masseuses we discovered at the spa.
    They seem to have a management issue. We didnt have hot water in our shower for 2 of our 3 mornings there, despite our reports to the front desk and engineering. Mattress was mushy and tough on our backs. The outdoor tub was filthy and unusable. We requested it to be cleaned, but it never happened. The dining room suffers from really bright lights vs any kind of ambience. And the final, dont let the door hit you was that our room keys were deactivated hours before check-out time, and they wanted us to return AFTER our departure time to get replacements!

    Lovely place, friendly and helpful staff, just allow extra time for the slow kitchen
    Nice rooms and grounds. Very friendly and helpful staff.
    The kitchen was inexplicably slow to serve a near empty restaurant. Happened more than once. Wait staff seemed a bit unsure on how to facilitate the slow service.
