    For the price we paid for this hotel for the night (220- ridiculous price) it was a poor experience
    Room is nice. Location is nice.
    The pool facilities werent good. We could not access the pool from the hotel and the doors were zip tied closed. We had to go outside in our robes through the carpark to access the pool. When we got there the hot tub was cold and steam room closed.

    Exceptional service from check in to check out
    The facilities are excellent. This (and the staff) made our stay.
    We requested our room be made up on our first morning. We received a fresh towel but they didnt refill the soap/shampoo dispensing or hoover - the room was in need of a Hoover when we arrived. We requested a refill and a Hoover of the carpet. The staff came back when we were at dinner but did not Hoover the carpet. The carpet was not hoovered the three days we were there

    Lovely hotel and great sea front location
    Car park and large room
    My sea view room was in a corner with half the view of the sea and the other half of an apartment building - still technically sea view of course. On the night we stayed there was a Christmas party and the loud boom boom of the music (sounded like a nightclub) was preventing us from sleeping from 10pm until til 2.01am when it stopped. We were on the third floor. The gentleman said sorry about that when we checked out.

    Great location. Bit over-priced.
    Location. Very close to Salthill and not too far away from Galway city centre. Food was excellent and breakfast was a lovely boufet.
    Room not that extra clean. We got a twin room and had to seperate the beds ourselves, only to find dust under the beds, which was'nt cleaned in a good while. Also, I could'nt use the swimming pool last night due to some tournament being on, which the hotel never made me aware of. This was one of the reasons why I booked this hotel, was to use the swimming pool, which I could'nt. Hotel and food very over-priced for this time of year.

    Pure relaxation
    Beautiful Hotel in a great location. They have a fabulous pool area with gym if required. You could also easily walk in to Eyre Square providing it's not raining
    Nothing, would definitely recommend and will be back again.
